I think you know what i would have done to the fuckin bastards 6 months ago.I say bury broken glass along the fence line....the owner of the dogs will get it sooner or later when they dig.I had a problem last year with my neighbors kids jumping on a trampolene at 3 in the morning(i begged the parents to stop them..they didnt).I cut a hole the size of helotes in the motherfucker trampolene.They dont jump anymore....cant afford to replace the canvas.Sometimes people make a game out of fuckin with their neighbors...they are egging you and Mr.W on...plain and simple.If the SOB sez anything like"fuck you" or "you pussy" get video on him.....you film(from a distance..garage windows are a good place)....mr.w takes the abuse.Call the cop...show him the video ..file charges..and see the asshole in court.He will leave you 2 alone after that.
