Well, our dumbass neighbor strikes again. The neighbor got a little freaked out the other night when he comes to his kitchen window at 1am, only to find me stairing straight at him. SO, the dipshit gets up the next morning and removes the boards from his fence, and raises them a foot or two,so I cannot see into his yard. Only problem is, the dipshit did not put any more boards at the bottom of the fence, so at this moment his 2 dogs are partying with the dogs at the house next door, since they can go back and forth, with nothing to block them from getting out. It goes to show you some people are just plain stupid, dope did not make them stupid, or society, or lack of education, they are just born that way, and then they reproduce....... No wounder the world is going to shit so quickly.
