when i awoke, the fire was out, and gunnery sgt. daddio was snoring loudly. the distinct odor of sterno hung in the air and i reallized that my b.d.u. trousers were down around my knees! i shifted slightly in my sleeping bag and a sudden burning pain shot thru my lower guts. i'm not sure but,....do you think i should investigate applying for membership in Dadfagg anon.? i'm not sure, but it's entirely possible that i'm in a state of denial. at least i'm going to refrain from "bivouaccing" with the gunney til my ass heals.
