There's a Roky Erickson benefit show at Threadgill's in Austin on 2 August (this Saturday) with his younger brother - the guy who administers his trust - fronting the band and doing Elevator covers. I would think that would be a fun show. I wish I was down there this weekend.
Did I mention that I'm moving back to TX?
