PPX , the neighbor is just stupid, I don't think he is smart enough to drink or get high, I think he spends his days in a stupor of ignorance.......It seems they are nothing but stupid people, who in turn do what this town or america does, and have a couple of stupid children to lower the standards, and drop the gene pool to sub strata levels. Sometimes I tend to agree with the germans about selective breeding, rather than the perpetuation of stupidity on a national scale. We live in a very ignorant place on the whole, educational levels and competency are at an all time low, we have a school system that pumps out ignorance on a grand scale, the colleges are so over priced to attend that only the rich, or the poor with handouts can attend, leaving the middle class smart kid with no cash only the alternative of hocking his or her future earnings with loans that come due within 6 months of leaving school just to attend an institution of higher learning. The results of all this are evident everywhere we turn. It is a sad state of affairs indeed, the stupid breed endlessly, and the intilligent are rounded up, forced out of the mainstream, and driven underground only to meek out an existance on the fridges of society, always fearful that they will finally run amock with the forces of evil, and become even more closed off to the means of living that are required by the existing economic order. This is truely the end of days, hopefully the power of reason will prevail eventually, but we will continue to plan for the day when the stupid rule the world, and intelligence will be a crime. Cloak yourselves while there is still time, and gather up all the ammo you can!
