What about quintroplegic? There's still the matter of the "middle leg", ya know, or sextuplegic for the ladies with tits large enough to qualify as limbs. Then, don't forget the the neck and head, That makes septaplegic, and give or take a butt cheek or two, depending on critical factors like "is the person a fat-ass dyke?" If so, add two more protuberances to the "appendange" list. Then, if we are in fact discussing said muff divers, there are probably a few "prosthetic aids"that might stick out as candidates for upping the "plegic" count. Does it really make any difference? They've only got one pussy anyhow.
