I hope this is just act one of the blood drama. PPX, it looks like a fortissimo battle, with poison pens dripping, is convening in assault formation! There nothing like a little blood lust for a mainline of adrenaline.
Scene one: A drive by shooting by a Random Passerby. Stash Ziplock, not only reporting at the scene but trying to create sensation in the news as well. Henpec, as ususal, whining and pointing from the safe side of the street. Cat, acquiescing. And...the most interesting Sir Edmund, observes from his neutral position in the parapet, while continueing to write his prose; perserving the value of logic and art. Nothing much more is worth defending.
Shhh....a deafening silence. Is PPX reloading or....is he in his laboratory calibrating the timing mechanism on the most diabolical weapon the world has ever known! PPX knows, that it is out of chaos, that harmony is found. And if in passion, one draws a little blood, well, then call it the price of admission. One cannot be be player without it.
