In the spirit of "Bozo The Clown" and in an effort to provide work for inner city female drug addicts the city has started the "Crack Ho The Clown"program. This program will provide entertainment for both young and old. Since "Crack Ho" will perform a variety of entertaining activities for the price of a fix. The city is providing clown make up donated by local stores and will give lessons in the proper way to apply the make up. The city has also set up a toll free line to schedule the appearance of a "Crack Ho" at your home, office or school. The number is: 1-800-CRACK-HO. Your assistance with this program will be greatly appreciated.
