What if I knew enough about writing cgi scripts to allow all the messages from a specified name, subject, or IP# to have a "style" unique to each category? Is that what CSS is about? It would be fonts, colors, orientation, bg image, tables, and any other desired "objects", be they files, scripts, or hidden information. I'd like to have a completely custom messboard, I could prototype like a mad dog if I could program the tedious shit to run automatically. I HATE this preset Microsoft kiss ass yuppie flavored frameset I'm using, its embarrassing. I'm sure "real" programmers cringe thru their teeth at my generic palette and tourist sensibilites, but what can I do? Until a knowlegeable humanitarian hands me the training on a silver platter, I have no pathway to the necessary learning. I don't even know what its called.
