Well, since I am blonde (Demi too), I'd like my two cents in on that.
Blondell jokes are about brunettes that have used too many chemicals near (not in) their brains, which gives them that dumb reputation. It's a self esteem thing, the chemicals further the self-fulfilling prophesy.
So this recent bleached blond HS graduate was filling out an entry form for the local junior college. It asked: Academic test/score. ACT____ SAT_____ other_____. She struggled to remember, then happily slapped her forehead as she wrote in "other" EPT-neg.
