Just send a joint to everyone on the list and put your name at #6 and send it to 300 DEA offices. They will in turn send it to 300 FBI offices. And here's the fun part, they will each in turn put your poster in over 300 local post offices. each of these will lead to over 300 bounty hunters and local vigilantes looking for you. So be sure to send it to everyone on the list even if their address is in a government building in Washington D.C.
