Bush's wife ran a stop sign after a night of drinking when she was younger (22) and collided with another car which killed a 17yr old male High School Student who was driving it. Her blood alcohol was (supposedly) just below the legal limit and the stop sign was knocked down though there was some speculation that she'd run over it. Her lawyers managed to have the whole thing swept under the rug.
