That was fucking brilliant!
I hope you don't mind, but I copied that and sent it to some of my friends. That is one of the funniest things I've ever read. I never use the term "lol" except as an actual word when talking with a fellow puter-hip geek (try it!), but I actually laughed out loud! I was alone with our two 12-week-old Golden Retriever pups, and they both jerked awake and bounced over to lick my knees. (Apparently, that's puppy for "what the fuck?")
I also added this sentence at the end; "I carefully dropped a bit of burrito on my boot and winked at the Manager. Immediately he dropped to his knees and began licking the tangy sauce off my boot, an involuntary moan of pleasure escaping his drooling maw as his tongue lithely caressed the shiny black leather."
That should make it very popular with certain northerners. wink, nudge.
