That's the new "Britney" model nebulizor for asthma patients. I read about it in both "Popular Science" and "Cuntsucker" magazines. (I notice they weren't using the "nasal snorkel" option, which I highly recommend for prolonged therapy sessions.)
Researchers in Sweden found a 104% improvement among male patients in remembering to take their medicine, as well as a 34% improvement in women, as opposed to the 75% improvement in female patients using the "Antonio" model. (Figures for male patients classified.)
