i can't believe it. douglas adams, author of THE HITCHHIKER'S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY and the rest of the books in this hilarious series, is dead of a heart attack.
same thing that killed my dad.
thing about heart attacks: they're so fucking sudden. it's like, no one knew the guy was sick or anything, he was just fine the day before, and the next day, pfft.
heart problems run rampant on both sides of my family tree.
i'll probably keel from one myself, the way they just keep happening to all my aunts uncles grandparents parents...
douglas adams...he was only what, 51 or something.
i'm sorta in shock.
