It takes a lot for something to give me the creeps. That did it. Ugh. Having said that, I asked my grandmother to get me a dept-store mannequin for X-mas-X when I was 16. I also asked her for a straight-jacket to dress it in. Don't ask me why; I'm not sure myself. She didn't have much luck, or didn't try very hard. I called Terrell State Hospital (the principle nuthouse in my neck of the woods at the time) and asked them if they had straight-jackets or knew where to get one. The kindly receptionist paused a moment and responded, "Sir, we no longer use those type of methods. We have soft wrist-restraints". I told her that if I were to walk into their lobby with an iron pipe and begin to redecorate the walls that I allowed as how they would produce a straight-jacket (and a healthy dose of Haldol to boot) in mere moments - even if they had to pull it outta mothballs. I'm a bit leery of those folks. Don't ask me why. It ain't pretty.
