I really gotta get more fiber in my diet. Just this morning, during a particularly intense knee-quaking exertion I imagined a team of Doctors around me yelling "Push! P-u-u-sh!" which got me laughing and broke the tractor-pull level of my concentration. I had to give it up entirely when I imagined a Nurse yelling "Oh look! I can see the head!"
