Thelma Brittingham has redefined what deserves a party. The Evansville, Indiana resident arranged a birthday party for everybody's favorite paper at the Holiday Retirement Village were Thelma resides. Thelma said see did some research that indicates the first form of Toilet Paper was used on August 26th, in the year 580. She wasn't quite certain about the year, but thought that TP deserves a little recognition. She thought that this party was a way for the retirement home residents to socialize and enjoy themselves due to the fact they don't get out that often. If anyone's wondering, the Scott brothers marketed the first TP roll in 1867.
