chuckwagon not only wasn't sitting in at the make my day club at a mike ellis jam gig, he was playing with a group of people he put together, he even hooked me up with the studio drum set, my only criterion... "does it sound close enough to phil dalmolin?" chuck slammed the kick drum, in less than one second I knew it was the right set, "I'll take it", chucko wised up and got his behringer board and headphones away from another guy and set them up in here, giving us all the LISTENABILITY we've needed, with all the ISOLATED SIGNAL TRACKING we've needed. I pumped some Reaktor rhythm into the cans, and chuckwagon laredo tornado played whatever the fuck he felt like playing, and it got recorded, and it was mixed and rendered as a CD yesterday. Its sounds so FREAKIN' cool to integrate the neurotic electronica of Reaktor with the reality of a real drummer playing by feel. Now, if he can just steer his ass towards the throne behind those drums often enough, the boy is gonna be on more CD's than you can shake a stick at... and of course I'm talking about a
DRUM STICK...

and I just aced that fucking rat with my 4ft. 3/8" rebar
