The loops are badass, and lots of fun. I'm having just as much fun jamming to the CD's. I haven't had a chance to REALLY listen to them until now, and they're outstanding. (Being a horror geek, some of it, especially the synth, reminds me of Goblin/Claudio Simonetti, who did boat-loads of Italian horror movies. This stuff is more intricate, though.) There will be several G-Head One (and One-A) movie projects as soon as I have a decent job and dough. Which means, hopefully, I'll be allowed to use a lot of this music for scoring... And, of course, all the musicians are great. The echoey sound on Eric's guitar on Track 04 (I need to get some titles for all of these songs...) sounds cool as hell over the Reaktor and Live sounds. I'm having a great time with the loops, although Disc 06, "Funky X," won't load onto my computer. May have a scratch or two. I'll have to get it from you again next time. I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to you sooner on this, and whether I listened to them immediately or waited a decade, I still should have written this post about three fucking weeks ago. Sorry about that. (The usual reasons: school and work, or ugh and ugh-er. Have I mentioned the class is on gender studies, and I'm the one male there? Strange shit...) Eric forgot about that Miles, and I forgot to remind him to remind me not to forget. Next time. "Sorry about that." "Next time." I'm starting to sound like George Lucas: "Faster, more intense." Doing my best not to reach ugh-est.
