Here's a clever idea that's just this side of prostitution. A San Francisco company is offering Lady wingmen for hire. Lady Wingmen is a service that provides the opportunity for a man to hire outgoing, personable, attractive, female wingmen to accompany him to a bar so that she can introduce him to other women. The 'Wingman Technique' has been around for a while. This wingman role is usually played by a guy's buddy. The wingman's job is to approach a group of women with his friend and to start up a conversation. He then has to keep a conversation going with the entire group of girls while his buddy can concentrate all his attention on one single girl. The Lady Wingman is a play on this technique. The wingman role is now played by an outgoing, personable, attractive female. The Lady Wingman will approach a girl or group of girls and start a conversation. Women naturally do this with other women all the time. She will then work the man into the conversation. Since the man was introduced into the group by a safe, friendly woman, he becomes, by association, a safe, friendly man who is now desirable.
