shit that used to work don't work anymore, my yamaha YC-30 organ is the rare exception,its ribbon controller has rotted foam, but everything else works on it, its the oldest keyboard I have still in service, I remember when it was the newest, one time I was playing it for keith owens of the mo-dels, thru a roland space echo, with the delay synced to the song tempo, this double timed every note I played, resulting in a flurry of madly syncronized organ notes, seemingly relentless, and easy to generate by playing simple patterns, keith's eyes seemed to be bugging out of his head, at the torrent of notes, "that sounds excellent!" well you know my attitude, of course it sounds excellent, its my goddamn yamaha YC-30 run thru a roland chorus echo! what did you expect it to sound like... shit?
