Reaktor is the ultimate plug-in, but I use it stand alone, it is my "electronic band", then my musician friends play with that. After recording that, I use plug-ins for effects on the results, mainly Antares Auto-Tune on voices. I also use plug-ins "native" to PARIS, my multitracker. I mix that and maybe cut loops from it and "play" them in LIVE 5.or Reaktor 5, really "fucking them up". We might play more with that, it gets so confusing and mixed up I lose track and just play from Square One all the time. Its not so bad, I only use my own samples, so I don't have any problems getting lost, I still know its all me, it takes off a lot of pressure. Finally, when its all over... yep, back to Reaktor for the final slammer. Then I put a little Z on the filename and its DONE. Next? I have over 1000 digital masters since 1992 and I haven't sold the rights to any of them. I made a CD in 97 and they all sold out. I need a VOCAL hit, this is my conclusion after all this work.
