In October 2000 with the can-opener on my fingernail clippers I removed my upper right rear molar. It took about forty-five minutes and hurt like hell. I was livin with this old man about my dad's age, and I didn't have dental insurance. He said in the old days they didn't worry about such things, so I took the challenge and got to work. I regret that in retrospect, though I'm glad to be shed of that loose tooth.
