DMT is the answer in this particular case, since the patient has been so riddled with methamphetamine abuse that he has to do something to break free. DMT is a fast-acting, short-term psychoactive that will jar one's psyche so abruptly that if you're not ready, you'll curl up into a ball and want your momma. I don't think that is the case here however. The patient shows far too many signs of being stubborn, obstinant and lame. The drug may actually kick in the creative influences that appear to have been made dormant by the excessive meth usage over the years in the patient. You can never tell for sure, so if administered I'd be standing by with a butterfly net if I were you. We consider this patient a test case, as we have been observing him for quite some time. We have Journal #1 getting ready to be published in the Harvard Journal of Medicine, entitled "Lame Little Trailer Meth Man Tries To Control His Entire Environment In The Modern World". Should be for some easy, relaxed reading in a clinical setting.
