I hadn't perused the board in a while, and it looks like while I was gone a whole bunch of haz-bins have taken the big dirt nap, and some cut-and-paste master has decided to turn the anti-PPX board into a memorial to mediocrity. Again. And Again. Charlie "Who?" Walker, Freddy "Dreamy" Dreamer Singer-dude (who would only be remembered by uber-trivia geeks for the stupid fucking dance craze they inflicted for about 18.7 seconds in 1965 called "The Freddy," that looked like a bunch of jerkoffs on caffeine doing jumping jacks, but he was from Wales and that's almost like being dead already so I don't think he counts) and so on and so on... what the fuck? PPX's playhouse, long known for being the place to be to chortle and rant, has turned once again into someone's idea of a retirement home newletter's obituary column. ("Gawlee, Mabel, 'member that feller who did something fifty fuckin' years ago that almost made him a household name, if only because he inspired the stupidest fucking dance since the Hokey-pokey? No? How about that country caterwauler with the worst wig since "whispering Bill" Anderson decided to walk around with a dead cat pelt on his head? Something Walker? Well, he died!")
