Unfortunately, I relate to the Freddie And The Dreamers post, I was "there". I liked "I'm Telling You Now" and "Do The Freddie". They were part of Brain Epstein's crew of Liverpoolian faggots, also known as the Mersey Beat. I also knew who Miles Copeland was, although I'm even more schooped on his brother, Stewart Copeland, in fact I consider him a true Master Of The HiHat, and this is no small honor in my book. The hihat is the coolest part of the drumset, so it sort of ties in to the philosophy of what's supposed to be going down here, I think. But, truly, the Freedie guy is part of my musical cosmology, want me to sing you his tunes? I know them by heart, especially "I'm Telling You Now". He was soo bad, he was great, especially nowadays.
