The question immediately arises, what if there is a power surge due to a lightning strike? I would be cautious of any- thing that connects my penis to a power source with a cable. However, the proponents of teledildonics are convinced that the technology will rapidly advance, eventually making available full-body suits which would stimulate all five senses. The internet is widely regarded as the greatest development of the 20th century, instantly connecting the entire planet and providing for the availability of information on a scale never before imagined. But, barring the possibility of frying one's dick off, tele-genital stimulation via virtual reality sex is undoubtedly the ultimate application of this new technology.
