i am pretty damned used to the smell of skunk, and all it makes me want to do is what the smell of skunk will do to any hippie.
the maggots. mein gott, ya oughta have ripped off the countertop and put a frame around it. that is incredible.
caveat about skunk shooting by bell ring: please watch where you are aiming or you might shoot a cat by mistake. i am totally serious about this. we old freaks can't always see that well in the dark and no cat deserves a shooting death. frankly i'd have let the skunks live myself but since i don't live in texas and don't live in a trailer, maybe i underestimate the olfactory inconvenience.
