Hey Mugtoe, good to 'see' you here... thanx for the info. Actually, the way Accuweather used to broadcast was kind of "syndicated", where they would go on the air by way of the phone line, give the local wx (weather), and then call the next station/town. I'm sure they billed the stations directly for the number of weather reports. I wouldn't be surprised if Sobel is still doing that for KTSA/Accuweather, and he would never even have to physically come to San Antonio. We thought that was "big" technology back in the 70's.
