PPX: In many ways, he's the same old Claude, he was screaming laughing on the phone today. Its really great to see him happy and be his old self, of course he's the funniest son of bitch you ever saw, but there was a lot of pain behind that clown's smile. There always is in cases like that. When I realized that, I was truly glad he found Jesus, even though "my" Claude was gone.
But I've got good news, sinners, "our" Claude is not gone after all, he's just a happy Claude instead of a sad Claude, and that's like a gift from God we can all learn from. I used to pray to Jesus, and I'd say, "Ok, Lord, You're Jesus, I believe in You 100%, and I believe You can bring our Claude back, if You want him to come back. Please Lord, please bring him back, we NEED him."
And I'll be damned if that's not exactly what happened. How else would you get the attention of a silly old sinner like me? I love to hear him gut laughing like he was today, just carrying on and extrapolating on a hilarious subject. Now THAT'S joy. THAT'S Jesus. God bless Claude Morgan!
