I get it, Cureton is talking about a movie about Robert Johnson. He thinks because he was "involved" (no mixing) with Wanda's Robert Johnson plaque party, he has some condescending authority to make comments about anything pertaining to the subject. He's putting down Puff Daddy because someone wants him to portray Robert Johnson.
This is incredible to me. Steve Cureton is a WHITE IDIOT who hasn't got the slightest idea what Robert Johnson is all about, and he's giving shit to Puff Daddy who is a multimillionaire record producer who has actually MIXED a track before. The reason Cureton has to ramble around the edge of the subject to the point of obscurity is the dumb motherfucker doesn't know a thing about the subject matter. All I can pick up is he really thinks HE has something to do with it. His delusions of grandeur are so absurd, they're hard to spot. He thinks tricking Laura Bell and Henry Perez into playing on a dork CD he didn't even mix makes him famous enough for everyone to understand what the fuck he's saying. Its right on the borderline of abstract rambling insanity, IN HIS MIND, in our minds, its across the borderline, deep into wack ass drunk country.
