Sure hope Steve recovers from his stroke. Quitting smoking is tough, believe me. Quitting drinking was much easier.
That show I saw on 'addictions' the other night really had a good point when they said that people who do eventually quit smoking 'just decide' to. I'm always armed with the patch, gum, condoms, lotions, wasp spray...you know, the usual stuff.
I'm weak. 25+ years of smoking is no fun. It hurts to breathe. Yet, the behavior is so hard to change.
Hope Mr. Fromholz gets better soon...
