From the Beginning of man we have used music as a natural mood enhancer. Many cultures recognize music as a powerful tool for mental transformation. Different types of sounds and rhythms as well as lyrics can have stimulative properties. Music that is fast and loud tends to push our heart rate up and get the adrenaline flowing while softer, slower music slows the heart, prompting endorphins, natural pain reducing hormones. Here is a compilation of songs that bring comfort in many styles. A tool to be used for tuning into one's inner motivation. I invite you to get connected to the oldest form of therapy ...music.
Kurt Otto - composition, arrangement, keyboards, bass, midi file programming on cuts 5, 8, and 10. The synthesizer timbre programming was done by the intensely theraputic Dr. Dalmolin. Way to go, Pito! Phil took these midi file seeds, and made living, breathing musical entities out of them. Its amazing how a real drummer can breathe life into a riff that's been enbalmed in Sound Blaster Formaldehyde for too long.
